Hi, Ladies (and Gents),
I'm writing this as a letter from my heart to yours. Being a mom is an honor, a sacred trust. Rather than being an intramural sport, with the person with the most children winning, as though people are points in a game, motherhood is best left to women (or men) with consciousness, awareness, heart, wisdom and energy. This can be anyone. Having some finances in place is also wise.
We have been bombarded in the media with teenage moms, moms with gazillions of children, moms who abuse their kids, addicted moms, all of whom need help and support for sure. However, there are many more intelligent, getting-through-the-day-and-night loving moms, whether married, partnered or single. Ladies, make your presence known in the media, in your community, your child/ren's schools, everywhere.
Pass on wisdom, rather than stupidity and ignorance.
Take part in politics. Be a presence wherever you are. Take pride in yourself. Dress nicely, which can be done inexpensively as well as expensively.
If you'd like help, get in touch with me at http://www.themothersmanual.com/ or call me toll-free at 1 888 75 PEACE or 1 888 757 3223.
I have to admit that, spiritual as I am, there are times I feel tapped out with the seemingly overwhelming amount of ignorance running around. What some people consider to be food, I ban from my home. Yes, I used to have a major food addiction, so I absolutely know what it's like. Too many people consider white flour and white sugar as foods; to the contrary, these are actually toxic substances, adding to the acidity of people, which can cause -- what? -- dis-ease.
So, for how to become alkaline, go to http://www.goddessheartwater.com/.
Ladies -- and Men -- we have to wise up! Now!!! Smaller families are wiser than larger. Do you have the finances for nannies? What are you doing to contribute to the health and wellness of the planet? Ask yourselves these questions.
All in all, I love us.
Had to get this out of me.
If you'd like to hear me, go to http://www.blogtalkradio.com/ , and listen to MIRACLE MANIFESTING MONDAYS, live at 8 pm EDT US time.
My life is in major transition, all to the good, and I'll be sharing lots more, to help all of us.
Love,
Audrye

Finally, Babies Come With a Manual! THE MOTHER'S MANUAL
I've been given permission from the Mom in Charge, my daughter, to let people know that I'm to become a Grammie for the third time! When I let go of concerns for how much energy is entailed in being a great mom, planetary population issues, and anything else, yes, absolutely, I am totally thrilled! I already love totally my two amazing little grand-daughters, and my internal sense feels this next one is a boy. Whether a boy or girl, our prayers are for a healthy wonderful child.
This brings us to both the amazing parenting and the less-so I get to see as I live my life. People I know with any special-needs children astound me with their dexterity, flexibility, strength and tenderness as they do whatever they can to enhance their children's lives, while also having fulfillment for themselves and for one another. Easy? No. Are people doing it? Yes.
Then, there are the people who make the news with their misuse of their children and themselves. I know the current brand of spirituality sometimes seems to say that we have to be allowing of everything we see as this is a free-will universe zone, which it is, and, in various ways, we do. Nonetheless, we also have to teach one another and ourselves how to evolve so we enhance everything we are and do. Easy? No. Are people doing it? Yes.
Look at whatever is incomplete within yourself. Do you love yourself? Including every aspect of your body? Yes, every aspect. An ongoing journey for me. Treasure every inch. Love it. Nourish yourself with great nourishing food and water (Enagic Kangen Water - R). The best water is Enagic Kangen Water (R), so check out www.GoddessHeartWater.com.
If you are authentic about evolving, go to www.TheMothersManual.com, and get the ebook. For a taste, get the FREE Sampler ebook. No one does it all alone anymore; we are in the Age of Aquarius, and we are here to uplift ourselves and one another. Very different from saving anyone. That's outmoded thinking, believing, behaving. We are all part of Creation, all with the God/dess Spark within us, all daughters/sons of Creator-Source.
Right now, I'm reorienting myself to my current physical location after traveling to my home city. So, still getting centered and grounded. Love to you all. If you'd like to contact MamaHeart, call 1 888 75 PEACE or 1 888 757 3223. Email me at Audrye@TheMothersManual.com. Love and Blessings to us all!!!! Now is the time.

Seven Balancers in a "Very" World
A "very" person myself -- very happy, excited, passionate, feeling, whatever -- it has been a journey for me to live from my center core of Light. We are all made of Light; it's what we come from. On Earth, however, the three-dimensionality of most people's existence and the seeming "amnesia" that occurs at birth regarding our deeper origins, can cause people to get stuck in the physicality of this world. We are beyond this, yet also of it. Soooo, how to find balance in a "very" world?
1. Meditate! Every day, for a minimum of 20 minutes, whether with a mantra, affirmation, candle, vision, do this. To raise our frequency vibration and be still brings us to our center.
2. Live from Love! This is the highest vibration we currently know. Love yourself, others, the world. If and when you may find yourself getting angry, upset, frustrated, breathe, breathe, breathe, and go to Love.
3. Breathe!!!! Breathe deeply from your diaphragm, as a baby does. Notice how a baby's entire body breathes? How about you? Do you do this? Or, do your shoulders go up and down, rather than your diaphragm go in (when you exhale) and out (when you inhale)? Take a yoga class and practice pranayama.
4. Give and Receive! When you may be feeling wretched, first take time for yourself. Give to yourself. Take a bath, do your nails, read a great book, pamper yourself. Give to others. Send love, call a friend or family member and tell that person what's great about them and why you treasure them. Donate to a cause you love, both in terms of finances, time and energy. Be part of the matrix of life here and now. Now is the time!
5. Be in Stillness! Turn off every electronic gadget and doodad you have - phones, radio, TV, iPod, laptop, smartphone, MP3, whatever. Go into nature and invigorate yourself by being with the natural physical world, which teems with internal energy and light. Merge. This same inner life burgeons within you.
6. Celebrate! Do something weekly that celebrates your life and experience on Earth. Be with friends, loved ones, associates, family, your Self, and honor everyone, and allow yourself to be honored. Dance, sing, make love, make a joyous noise!!!
7. Give Gratitude to Source! However you conceptualize, experience, sense the Source of All, give gratitude and say thank you for your life, consciousness, initiations, experience, even if you are unsure why you are doing this. Do this daily, and your life shifts and reflects the thanks you are giving.
Yes, sometimes any of us can feel as though we are being spun in a dryer, wrung out and tossed into a basket. Then, give thanks for being clean, about to be folded or ironed, and made gorgeous!!! We are living in the midst of shift, and WE ARE THE SHIFT, as we consciously evolve and raise our frequency vibration. Bring this brilliance to yourself, your family and your life.

7 Basic Guidelines in Mothering Your Adult Child
Being a mom changes as your child progresses in capability, awareness and age. The very hands-on mothering you give to an infant is a far cry from the nurturing you give to your adult offspring. So ,how to keep the love going and communication flowing when you are both adults with your own mindsets, karma, souls, and what-have-you?
Let us consider someone to be adult once that person has experienced her or his first Saturn return, which occurs in everyone's life at the age of 28 1/2 to 29, and repeats cyclically every 28 1/2 to 29 years. So, your "child" is now 29. How to maintain closeness while respecting each person's life journey?
1. Do everything in love. This has to be your motivating factor. Always give what you can spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally, materially, and know when to let your offspring handle her or his life situations. Your offspring is also and always building character, strength and awareness, as are you.
2. Always remember to acknowledge, praise, and celebrate victories, positive actions, accomplishments. If your adult offspring feels you are always criticizing and finding fault with everything, you can be sure your offspring will tune you out. Also, know that every soul does things in their own time framework.
3. Pick wisely and carefully your time, space and place to impart any insights that may be a challenge for your offspring to hear. Say what you have to say in a loving way, for the highest good of your offspring, yourself and everyone concerned. Then let go. Listen to what your offspring has to say. Allow your offspring to take action. Avoid being in a right-wrong opposition. Instead, choose a win-win scenario, knowing that everyone has his/her own perspective and readiness factors in anything.
4. Be gently persistent without judgment if your offspring is in challenging positions, say, with addictive behavior. You can be sure that your offspring also has self-judgment, whether this is obvious or hidden. Get professional help when needed. Sometimes an intervention by someone other than you or another family member is required.
5. If your offspring is doing well, enjoy, acknowledge and give thanks. If your offspring has some area that would benefit from tweaking -- true for most people of any age -- accentuate all the easy stuff, and gently tackle the challenges. Love your offspring throughout.
6. Remember we are all souls learning lessons and sharing blessings, in a human body with emotions, physicality and past-life influences. Pray, meditate, and ask for guidance in everything you do.
7. Know when to let go and let Source and your offspring's innate soul handle whatever there is.
As simple as this sounds, these 7 Basic Guidelines in Mothering Your Adult Child will ensure you have a healthy, pleasurable, ever-evolving relationship with this wonderful soul that was either born through you, you adopted, or to whom you are a stepmom. Much continued success on the Mom Journey!!!

Seven Tips for Convenience, Money, Health and Wellness
Every mom relishes convenience, money-savers, health and wellness for herself and her family. How can you have this in your life?
1. Create Mini Mom Co-ops in your area to create a bigger buying group than any of you would be separately. You can meet weekly or monthly with each member having specific responsibilities to be determined at each meeting or assigned ongoingly, such as who finds where to get the best-priced-highest-quality food, child accessories/accoutrements, nutritional products, latest news/buzz on what's happening in the world of mothers and babies, toddlers, children, teens, and/or whatever is important to you, including childcare services, sleepover arrangements and what-have-you.
If you have similar food lifestyles, each member can prepare food for the group for a day. For example, I am pretty much a raw vegan, especially when I'm home, and I love going to potlucks with this kind of food, where there are both many people living this lifestyle as well as newbies. If you have, say, over seven members, each person can prepare food for a day for the other people, and you all chip in the required money, and no one has to prepare food every day. The benefits? You get great fresh food, save on money, time and energy, and yummy food. Get together on recipes and share.
2. Find organic food producers who deliver food to your door. There are many organic food co-ops that deliver to a central location. Members of co-ops of this nature often devote a specific amount of time to the co-op, pay a designated fee, and receive their food at this central location.
If you have created your Mini Mom Co-op, one member may pick up food from the central location and deliver it to the homes of the other members. This person can be changed each month, as desired. See what's happening in your area in terms of actual food delivery, including what's online. Certain areas have food co-ops that deliver to member's homes.
For vitamins, minerals, nutritional supplements and other products, I recommend such online companies as http://www.vitacost.com/ and http://www.nutiva.com/ both because of their pricing, quality and timeliness.
3. For health and wellness, use natural formulations rather than chemicalized products, despite how much advertising and marketing most mainstream companies pepper the media with. Many doctors are out of touch with the natural "green" approach to life as this was omitted from their medical curriculum. For example, instead of aspirin, use white willow bark tincture from the health food store. Consult a naturopath, herbalist and/or healer well versed in these products so you know what to use.
If you choose to be healthy and have healthy children, refuse to use white flour, white sugar and the myriads of products that are laced with these ingredients, including pasta, bread, cookies, cakes, candy. If you do love cooked and baked food, use products made with organic whole-grain amaranth, quinoa, rye, and, if your are un-allergic, wheat. The "normal" American food intake has led to obesity, diabetes, hypoglycemia, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, liver problems, brain issues, and, possibly, autism, as a way of life for many. By eating properly and, yes, exercising, much of this can be prevented and healed.
My take on autism and a host of other dysfunctional aspects of life is that some of it is caused by environmental factors, including the high usage of cell phones (which I also use), laptops (on which I am writing this blog), excessive TV watching (I am working on this, and I am on TV at www.YouTube.com/AudryeNow), as these products emit high levels of electromagnetic frequencies that can be harmful to our cells, organs, emotions, brains, despite what some faulty research may say. We can bombard ourselves in our modern lifestyles with less-than-beneficial influences, little of which is abating, and, instead, is proliferating.
We need new approaches to technology. Inventors, take note!!! With Uranus and Jupiter now traversing Aries, we have the opportunity for technological innovations with a new attitude, including being beneficial for people and planet. Yes, this may necessitate a changeover in our habits, and, yes, we and our families are worth it. We can grow food indoors organically, purify water in new ways, create oxygenated air.
4. Be outdoors in CLEAN air, drink CLEAN water, eat CLEAN food without contamination of toxic fertilizers, genetically mutilated seeds, radiated products (which kill the food's nutrition and bring the possible precursor to cancer to the person ingesting the faux food), and lots of the newer technological stuff being done to almost every product used by most people.
5. Use natural organic fabrics as much as possible. Use your Mini Mom Co-op to get good deals. Let's make ourselves a force to be reckoned with.
6. Save money every week, whatever your lifestyle and circumstance. Distinguish between needs and wants. Fulfill needs and deal with wants as possible, knowing you are living well in the now as well as opening up to "future" nows also. Whether you put away a dime or thousands, save something for future use, pleasure, emergencies, donation, giveaways. After a while, you will grow your Financial Freedom Fund.
7. Pray, meditate, give gratitude, be silent and still, and open to the wisdom and guidance of your Inner Voice. We are all guided by Source. Become aware of how you receive Guidance, including via intuition, imagination, insight, inspiration, dreams, aha moments, books, art, music, nature, love. Follow up on your Guidance! Put this into action in your life. Have at least two people in your life with whom you can discuss this aspect of your being. Participate with us here, or email me at Audrye@TheMothersManual.com, and I will set up an online meetup group that facilitates this.
Okay, Moms, these are a few ideas. Be in touch with me and this blog for more. To listen to more info, tune into "The Mother's Manual Show" at 10 am Eastern Time U.S. on www.HolisticGlobeRadio.com, or go to that site's Archives and listen at your convenience.
Lots of love and blessings to you and to us all!!!!

Toddler Meets Newborn Sibling: Five Tips for Success
In this age of awareness, creating love and affinity between a toddler and her or his newborn sibling can be relarively easily done with These Five Tips.
1. Prepare the Toddler in advance by speaking lovingly about the coming Sibling, letting your Toddler know the Benefits and FUN about to accrue to her or him: playmate, sister/brother, friend, companion.
2. Always make sure you Give your Toddler Special Time, however busy you are with your Newborn. This Love and Attention is mandatory.
3. Conceive a Limited Amount of Children, preferably two maximum, for the good of your family as well as the planet. Everyone loves and requires private time, energy, attention, acknowledgement, awareness, including you, your mate and your children.
4. Allow your Toddler to Participate in caring for the Newborn, so she or he gets a proprietary feeling right from the start. This will have your Toddler feeling special as a big sister or brother, while still being a Toddler.
5. Remember your Toddler is still a Baby, so coo and applaud all her or his attainments. As the Newborn grows, have this baby appreciate her or his senior sibling.
These Five Key Tips will get you started to having a wonderful loving blissful family. Let me know how this works out for you. I'm in the process of seeing this occur in my family. Many blessings to
you!!!!

New Grandbaby on the Way!
Birth is such a phenomenal experience, always new, always special, especially when the people involved are eagerly desiring the coming child. Here I am home, awaiting the birth of my second grand-child, as second assistant in the delivery room, prepared to leave next week to my daughter for this very wonderful occasion. I just received a call from my daughter informing me that I may have to change my plane reservation and come earlier as her baby may also be choosing an earlier arrival.
I am a professional clairvoyant counselor, used to clients, friends and family having me tune in for them to facilitate their growth and evolution, which is ever a pleasure for me to do. Now, here am I, asking my clairvoyant crew to tune in for me about what they see. Why? As a mom and grammie, my emotions are strong and deep, and my psychic channels about what's very personal for me can get fogged and fuzzed by my own feelings. My innate impulse is to fly to my daughter instantaneously and get there immediately.
What I know is I'm taking an earlier flight than my booked one, to be in the delivery room with my daughter and son-in-law, who is first assistant, helping my daughter as she brings forth this second miracle in our lives. This is my intention at this moment.
I will be blogging weekly -- after I return after the baby's birth -- both about my mom and grammie journey as well as about the book, The Mother's Manual, A Spiritual and Practical Guide to Child Rearing and Motherhood (c). We're looking at a July ebook launch date! Meanwhile, get your free ebook, The Mother's Manual Sampler (c) at www.TheMothersManual.com. This site will be updated, with a reduced book price!
I also remind everyone that in the midst of what can look like chaos can come the most amazing breakthroughs, miracles, and possibilities! In the midst of all that is happening in the outer world, LOVE yourself, remember you are a Spark of Divinity, and live that!!! Remember to breathe, call on Divine Love, and fill yourself up with the Miracle of Creation!
Bless all of us eternally!!!!
Love,
